I had a 200 min. plan. Each month I would get the bill for the plan and then charged extra for every minute I used". So I was getting doubled billed/.

When I asked to speak to a supervisor none was available and they don't give out the home office number?. I've switched companies and am presently dealing with vartecs' screw ups/. they would not give me a confirmation number and wouldn't send a notice confirming the service is really canceled?.

I will file a complaint where ever I can !. Don't ever use this company!

Also they used a supposed refund I should have gotten and applied to this months' bill , to an account that was canceled by at&t last month!. No wonder they won't give out the home office phone number?.
