I was suppose to have my phone service transferred in 10 days and it wasn't so I called three different times and the last two times I was hung up on for asking to speak to a supervisor. This is ridiculous! I am a new customer and that is not good business practice to start off a relationship in that manner. After I get my service transferred, I am going to leave Vartec due to horrible tech service and customer service! Things should change before you loose your company. Consumers strive on good customer service and that is what Vartec is lacking. 129793c

Were you rude to them, if so that could be why they hung up. Losing you will not put them out of business. In other words they will not LOSE the company just because you don't want to be a customer.
