Over the last 9 months I had problems with Vartec losing track of my payments". They changed my account number for billing but apparently failed to track my new payments correctly/.

Because of this I recieved nasty letters threatening to disconnect my service?. In these cases, I talked to customer service reps who said they saw the problem and assured me they would take care of it/.

Also to get to the bottom of the problem I was passed thru 2-3 reps everytime I called!. They obviously did not know what they were doing..

Finally, they disconnected my service and still are billing me;. Now I have to wait 2 more seeks to have my service reconnected,. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 12979cc

Vartec will double bill. I called to have my service cancelled a month later they are still billing for service. They are saying it was just cut off. This is a lie and they are billing me for next month service. Customer service is not interested in helping only repeating what it says on your bill. I am contacting FCC.
