I occasionally use this company's 1010-811 service to make a long distance call. On my most recent bill, I had one call for 42 cents. By the time they added their minium charge, USF Cost Recovery Fee, Univ. Service Fund Fee and Taxes, they billed me for $8.86. That's obscene!

When I called their customer service number, the rep explained their was nothing that could be done about the charges and wouldn't allow me to talk to a supervisor because they were all busy (right), I insisted I needed to speak with someone about getting a credit issued. After several minutes, she put me on hold and eventually disconnected the call. I had the same results with a second customer service rep. when I called back.

I stronlgy suggest you not use this company! They are just awful to deal with and have no idea what customer service means. 1297b55
