I have tried to cancel this service for my mother who passed away a couple of months ago. They keep sending bills me and have asked to speak to her directly. They keep asking for more letters and more death certificates but will not turn off the service. They even gave me wrong postal and email addresses. When I finally got a good email address for the customer relations division, the mailbox is full and will not accept my email after I was told to send another letter there. This company is horrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!!! 1297e5f

I am having the same problem. I have faxed, called and mailed several times and get the same story. Nothing on record. This has to be one of the worst companies to ever deal with. I am writing one more time and then I am done. My client has passed away, I have sent them a death certificate three times and still nothing. I did my part. Worst company ever!
