VARTEC TELECOM - Wrong Billing
In January, I received a bill sent to my husband who died in 2007 for a $.32 phone call which with fees came to $11.99.I didn't understand this as we had never heard of your company and had delt with ATT for many years.
So I called and was told that to cancel the account I would need to send his death certificate. I was told to send it to an address in Mississippi which I did and it was returned to me. So I assumed that the bill was removed. Then I received another bill addressed to my husband this time for $16.99 followed by a bill from EXELL for the same amount.
Then today I received another bill addressed to my husband from you this time for $26.99 with no phone number to call to ask for assistance. I am at a loss as to what to do about these bills that I do not owe. Please respond with advice.
